Summary
To maximize outreach and engagement of community members and the wider Omaha community, to support advocacy for anti-poverty Latino community programming and ensure LCM is engaging its clients and partners with effective and culturally appropriate messaging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Lead research and design of best methods and strategies for a unified branding, marking and Communications Plan. This will include best practices in use of social media platforms and how best to conduct outreach and marketing to stakeholders and clients to reach the widest audience possible with the most targeted information. A communications plan will include marketing and branding, consistent use of the agency logo, font and color pallet, consistent speaking points during community engagement, and a synchronized presentation of all LCM departments to show unity and confluence within the organization. 
Create a professional yet simple communications plan and manual for the organization.
Conduct internal training for staff in communications.
Leave a sustainable strategy for LCM to use in the future.

Education and/or Experience 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
Proven experience with communications research and strategy, media relations, developing content for various audiences and/or digital engagement best practices.
