Lamarr Womble, Youth Motivational Speaker, will deliver an inspiring and empowering keynote address, “The Passion/Love Behind The Grace of Self Acceptance.”

Siembra Synergy Conference Speakers
In her more than 14 years with Kiewit as a project executive Anayeli has worked on projects in Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Hawaii and Arizona. She is a member of the company’s corporate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and an engaged supporter of many community organizations.

Laura is a licensed Therapist and Clinical Social Worker. Since 2008, Laura has worked with families, teens, and children dealing with challenging life experiences. Her work has included therapy, case management, and macro work focused on changing systems.

Lamarr is a Dream Director, School Culture Expert and Youth Motivational Speaker. Lamarr created Passion for Leadership to give youth the power to choose; in work, school and life. When students are in action around their passions, they believe their dreams can become reality.
Lamarr Womble, Youth Motivational Speaker | CoolSpeak
Liz works with education and nonprofit leaders across Nebraska to build opportunities for students. She has a background in higher education, nonprofit development and community leadership. As a former Pell-recipient and first-generation college student, her own experience as a student motivates her to help create more opportunities for BIPOC communities, women and young professionals.

Shanda works to support the rich diversity of the Nebraska Medicine workforce; design programs that foster a sustained sense of belonging; and contribute to building strong community partnerships. Shanda also oversees the Community Wellness Collaborative.
